ADMISSION GUIDELINES.
Every parent has to visit and fill the enquiry form first. It includes details of the child and the parents.
• Admission to Grades Play, Nursery, LKG and UKG will be through informal interaction of the parents and child with the Principal & Teacher.
• Admission to Grades I and above will be based on the written entrance exam conducted for the child. Date and time for the interaction/entrance test will be intimated to the parents.
• Final decision of granting admission (and in which class) will be of the Management based on the Test/Interaction, Parents are advised not to fill more than one enquiry form for one applicant
• All the admissions will strictly depend upon the Age Criteria as per of State/Education Department by Laws. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. The Management’s decision will be final
• Fees may be paid in the school A/c office from 8:00am till 2:00pm on all working days or through online payment. Modes QR etc.
• Parents to deposite 3 months’ fee as first installment at the time of admission.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• NSO (NAME STRUCK OFF) : If the student remains absent for continuous five days without any information to school, his/her name is liable to be STRUCK OFF ROLLS without any notice.
• Re-Admission: Re-Admission of the student will take place after levying Rs. 5,000/-.
• Fee for the entire academic year can also be paid together at the time of admission, but no & Discount is admissible.
• Late Fee Payment Penalty If the fee is not paid by the stipulated date, a late fee penalty of Rs. 10/-per day (including holidays) will be charged. (Date 11 to 15 late fees Rs. 10 after that Rs. 20/day.)
• Non-Payment of Fees for a further of 30 days after the payment by date shall result in Cancellation of Admission. To reinstate the admission, a penalty of Rs.5000-will be charged in addition to the Late Fee Payment Penalty
• The school reserves the right to revise/amend the Fee Structure from time to time, as per guidelines of DFRC.
• Attendance for each student in an academic year must be 75% or he/she will not be allowed to appear annual exam.

Proof of Residence Address – Aadhar Card/Passport/ Electricity Bill/Ration Card/Voter ID.
Photocopy of Child’s Aadhar Card – Original to be shown School Leaving Certificate (Class KG onwards)
Latest Report Card of the last school attended (Class LKG onwards).
T.C. with PEN (Permanent Education Number).
FOR GRADE II TO GRADE XI THE SCHOOL WILL ALSO NEED:

PROMOTION CRITERIA
Promotion to the next class is granted to the students on the basis of his/her overall performance during the academic session, such as academic regularity, tidiness, overall behaviour etc.
1. In an Academic Session, there will be Four PT’s and Two Exams for Classes IX & XI. It is compulsory for all the students to attempt. Only an exemption on medical ground will be considered.
2. No weightage or rank/position shall be given in case of absence or medical reasons in any exam.
3. A student must score with minimum percentage as per the school’s guidelines to get promotion to the next higher class.
4. 90% Attendance is compulsory to appear in exam.
90% Attendance is compulsory for Board class for each month.
